Your name and email address is collected from the contact form on bethsyoga.com -  this information is kept safe in my encrypted Proton Mail account.

I will use your name and email address to contact you about changes to class times, new events, special offers, etc, or if you just want to have a chat.

There is an option on the contact form to opt out of any future communications from me, but you can always opt out again by emailing me and letting me know.  I will then remove your information from my records.

Information from the Health Declaration Form is also kept safe in my encrypted Proton Mail account.  It may be downloaded to be printed and then kept in my note book for private reference during class preparation.  This information is required for participation in Iyengar Yoga classes.  However, should you wish to stop coming to class and would like your health information removed from my records, please email me and let me know.
